At Riot E-Liquids, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Be sure to keep your tracking receipt so we can monitor your return journey.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
